Lead complex and multi-site ALPR deployments from planning through go-live, owning schedule, installation quality, and agency readiness

Serve as a senior technical resource and escalation point for field issues, site conditions, and installation questions across the Professional Services team

Mentor and coach junior Professional Services Managers on installation standards, troubleshooting, safety practices, and customer engagement

Cross-train other Axon deployment teams on ALPR installation standards, power validation, and field best practices so they can support ALPR deployments as needed
