These professionals are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs within an account, managing scope, plan, financials, and risk to predictable, high-quality outcomes. They drive engagement performance and operational excellence, applying Accenture methods and adapting proven solutions to client needs. Acting as the day-to-day client lead, they build delivery credibility with client managers and directors, resolve issues proactively, and identify and pursue incremental growth within existing engagement scope. They coordinate communications and align priorities across stakeholders to realize engagement goals and sustain client trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Scope Accountability

Responsible for outcomes across multiple engagements or a complex program within an account, with accountability anchored at the engagement level.

Defines and manages project scope with sponsors and stakeholders, including delivery leads and solution architects.

Responsible for complex projects and programs, where complexity reflects the mix of profiles, roles, and scope rather than team size.

2. Client Value & Relationships

Acts as day-to-day client lead; builds delivery credibility with client managers and directors through delivery confidence and proactive issue resolution.

Fosters client relationships throughout the initiative lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and sustained engagement.

Manages senior stakeholder expectations and coordinates communications to align priorities and deepen client trust.

3. Delivery & Operational Excellence

Drives predictable delivery, quality, and compliance across engagements.

Manages risks, dependencies, resourcing, budgets, and schedules at the project level; proactively resolves roadblocks to protect timelines.

Provides risk governance — identifies, evaluates, and communicates potential impacts to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Applies quality assurance focused on contractual and stakeholder value; coordinates cross-team and vendor efforts, ensuring SLA compliance.

Applies industry-standard delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI/PMBOK, ITIL) and ensures compliance with capability/process certifications (e.g., CMMI, ITIL), obtaining waivers as needed.

4. Commercial & Growth Responsibility

Responsible for engagement economics — revenue, margin, and cost — including forecasting, cost control, and optimization.

Identifies and pursues incremental growth within existing engagement scope, partnering with Sales, Solutions, and Account teams to surface opportunities.

Evaluates strategic goals against current capabilities and determines when external support is needed.

5. People & Culture Leadership

Direct people manager: coaches team leads and consultants and is responsible for performance management, engagement, and retention within the team.

Provides constructive feedback, respects individual learning curves, and fosters a supportive, coaching-oriented environment.

Helps team members adapt to change and guides them through resistance.

Responsible for prioritizing team training and capability-building in line with market and account demand.

6. Innovation & Thought Leadership

Adapts and customizes existing solutions to fit engagement needs.

Applies emerging tools and methods within delivery; identifies opportunities to improve ways of working.

Encourages knowledge sharing and shares best practices across the team.

7. Firm-Building & Scalable Assets

Applies existing Accenture assets, accelerators, and proven frameworks within engagements.

Drives efficiency through reuse, automation, and standardization at the engagement level.

Required Experience

8+ years’ experience in Management in client-facing environments

6+ years’ experience in people management

C1/C2 English level (written and spoken)
