Program Control Specialist - Finance

Description

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly skilled and motivated P rogram Control Analyst/Specialist to support operations in our Raleigh, NC office. The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. The position reports to the VP of Finance.

This position requires an on-site presence.

Requirements

Essential duties and responsibilities

• •Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts
• •Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs)
• •Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability
• •Support revenue recognition and project status reporting
• •Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections
• •Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets
• •Prepare variance analyses and management reports
• •Support invoice reviews and contract modifications

Qualifications

• •Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• •1+ years of program controls experience
• •Strong analytical and Excel skills
• •Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, Deltek/Costpoint

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Pay, PTO, Health Benefits

Salary Range:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00
