  • Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to promote programs through descriptions, flyers, social media, and outreach initiatives that support enrollment and retention goals.
  • Monitor program participation, attendance, waitlists, participant progress, and family feedback, using data and insights to improve program quality and recommend new offerings.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and support part-time instructors and volunteers, ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive participant experience.
  • Manage STEAM supplies, materials, technology, and equipment, including inventory control, purchasing, organization, and budget-conscious resource management.
  • Maintain accurate program records, attendance documentation, and registration information in YMCA systems.
  • Ensure compliance with YMCA policies, child protection standards, risk management procedures, and emergency response protocols.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where all participants and families feel respected, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn.
