• This role leads the development and execution of exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development plans at the molecule level.
• It combines scientific expertise, clinical project management, and operational leadership across global clinical trials.
• The position oversees critical milestones from study design through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• You will coordinate vendors, third-party organizations, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• The role also requires strong risk management, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
• You will contribute to continuous improvement while shaping clinical strategies throughout the molecule lifecycle.
• For selected positions, the role also includes people leadership, coaching, talent development, and resource management.
