• As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans to meet evolving project needs while maintaining focus on the overall goals of the program or project.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Lead coordination efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• - Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration.
• - Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
• - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
• - Experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management using Oracle Primavera EPPM.
• - Ability to analyze project data and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
• - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project components simultaneously.
• - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• - Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies and best practices.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
• - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
