About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead customer-facing workstreams within international production transition programs. You will coordinate customer requirements and APQP deliverables, manage quality and compliance topics connected with the transfer, and provide clear visibility of readiness, risks, actions and decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead assigned customer-facing workstreams for international production transfers and post-transfer industrialization.
  • Own the plan for customer requirements, APQP deliverables and other agreed compliance commitments, including timing, status, evidence and closure.
  • Act as a primary coordination point for customer questions, concerns, dependencies and readiness reviews related to the transition.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product, process, tooling, documentation, capacity and quality readiness.
  • Manage the customer and quality aspects of production transfer, including open issues, corrective actions, approvals and launch readiness.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, action logs, risk registers and decision records.
  • Identify schedule, quality, compliance and execution risks; establish owners, mitigation actions and escalation paths.
  • Prepare and present concise status updates covering progress, deliverables, risks, decisions, backlog and recovery actions.
  • Lead regular project reviews and customer update meetings, ensuring actions are documented and completed on time.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Management, Business or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of project or program management experience in aerospace, automotive or another regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing production transfers, industrialization, new product introduction or complex operational change.
  • Practical knowledge of APQP, Part-145, and customer-specific quality or compliance deliverables will be an advantage
  • Ability to lead international, cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Fluent English, with the confidence to lead customer meetings, presentations and issue-resolution discussions.
  • Availability for regular afternoon and early-evening calls to support collaboration with customers and stakeholders in the United States.
  • Strong planning, communication, stakeholder-management, risk-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Planisware or equivalent.

What You Will Gain:

  • Salary range from 18 000 to 28 500 PLN gross – depending on experience
  • Advancement opportunities in international team
  • A total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insurance
  • Multisport package
  • Meal Vouchers
  • Company performance bonus program
  • Work-life balance
  • PPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniority
  • Educational support
