Are you passionate about building a pipeline of future leaders within a fast-growing, highly innovative global business? Do you thrive at the intersection of operational excellence, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven business analysis, including Generative AI? Are you excited by the opportunity to shape Amazon's Private Brands business alongside a diverse, global team?
If so, the Amazon Private Brands Global Sourcing Team wants to hear from you.
We are looking for a driven and innovative Program Manager with a passion for holistic product lifecycle management, business analysis, and AI-powered operations. In this role, you will lead on-the-ground operational strategy across diverse product categories — from product launch through growth and continuous improvement — leveraging the latest AI technologies and deep business insights.
You will harness business analysis to identify market trends, uncover operational inefficiencies, and drive data-informed decision-making across the product lifecycle. In parallel, you will contribute to AI development initiatives — collaborating with technology teams to design, pilot, and scale AI and Generative AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance forecasting, and unlock new value across the sourcing ecosystem.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Marketing, and Quality, operating in a dynamic environment that demands strategic vision, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate blends strong program management skills with a passion for translating complex data into actionable strategies and a curiosity for building AI-driven tools that redefine how we work.
- Key job responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management & Data-Driven Strategy Develop and execute end-to-end operational strategies for product launches and growth initiatives, grounded in rigorous business analysis. Leverage data modeling, market intelligence, and AI-powered forecasting to inform category planning, optimize resource allocation, and accelerate time-to-market. Continuously monitor product performance using analytical frameworks to identify growth levers and drive iterative improvements across the lifecycle.
Problem Solving & Intelligent Decision-Making Apply strong analytical skills to quickly identify and break down complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions under tight timelines. Utilize advanced business analysis techniques — including root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics — to surface actionable insights from large-scale operational data. Explore and integrate AI/GenAI-assisted diagnostic tools to enhance the speed and accuracy of problem identification and resolution.
Stakeholder Communication & Insight Storytelling Build effective communication frameworks that keep global stakeholders, partner teams, and leadership aligned, informed, and engaged. Transform complex business analysis outputs and AI-generated insights into clear, compelling narratives and visual dashboards that drive strategic alignment. Champion a culture of data transparency by democratizing access to analytical tools and AI-driven reporting across cross-functional teams.
Scaled Solutions, GenAI & Automation Development Proactively identify opportunities to drive scalable operational improvements by exploring and adopting GenAI and automation solutions. Partner with technology and data science teams to co-develop, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools — including intelligent workflow automation, natural language processing applications, and machine learning models — that streamline sourcing operations, reduce manual effort, and create lasting competitive advantages. Own the roadmap for integrating AI capabilities into day-to-day operations, measuring impact through clearly defined KPIs and business outcomes.
