Program Manager – ASTRA Risk Manager

• This role provides portfolio-level leadership for risk and opportunity management while directly managing smaller programs and special projects.
• You will establish a disciplined operating rhythm for identifying, assessing, mitigating, tracking, and closing risks across an evolving portfolio.
• The position offers broad exposure to engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, contracts, security, and subcontractor teams.
• You will help leadership understand cross-program threats, dependencies, technical maturity, schedule performance, resource constraints, and cost exposure.
• The role combines strategic portfolio oversight with hands-on program execution, including schedules, milestones, staffing, materials, deliverables, and recovery actions.
• You will contribute to mission-critical programs involving high-reliability technologies, national security missions, and advanced RF and space-related capabilities.
