Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager . The “ Program Manager ” will be based in … Guadalajara South …, reporting to … Program Management Manager …In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Maintain current and develop additional business with customers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Advanced English

Previous Experience as a PM

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology

Experience in Electronics Manufacturing environment.

Proven experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

Direct customer-facing experience

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production floor processes.

Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and program financial management.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Experience in the following roles are highly desirable:
