• Job Summary
• The Program Manager I is responsible for coordinating and managing small to medium-sized programs, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to closure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to meet program objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.

• Job Responsibilities
• * Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• * Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
• * Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, both internal and external.
• * Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• * Ensure adherence to program management methodologies and best practices.
• * Manage client expectations and foster strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
• * Facilitate regular program meetings and generate accurate program reports.
• * Monitor and control program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes.
• * Support the sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities and proposal generation.

• Job Qualifications
• * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• * 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• * Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
