From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.

Amazon Leo is seeking a Program Manager for its consumer broadband funding programs.

You will coordinate the cross-functional teams that pursue new programs, keep state program launches on schedule, and turn program data into insights for weekly program health reviews. The ideal candidate has run deadline-driven programs for government or enterprise customers and can turn a five-day response window into a plan with named owners.

  • Key job responsibilities

  • Drive stakeholder alignment on application and curing responses across Legal, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Public Policy, and Engineering, and secure sign-off before each deadline.
  • Coordinate application submission and agreement execution for new funding opportunities, working with the business development to build timelines, compile required documents, and route approvals.
  • Keep concurrent state program launches on schedule by tracking each state's milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria across internal teams and State Broadband Offices.
  • Prepare the analysis for weekly launch readiness and program health reviews, turning status data and risk logs into insights, and track action items to closure.
  • Build and maintain trackers and dashboards for applications, launch milestones, and program commitments, giving the team one source of truth on status and blockers.
  • Use generative AI tools to draft new responses for stakeholder review, drawing on a library of approved application content and past responses that you maintain.
  • Identify risks to deadlines and commitments early and escalate them to the program lead with options and a recommendation.
  • Track changes to federal and state program rules and update checklists, templates, and processes to reflect them.
  • Export Control Requirement
  • Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
