Along the way, you’ll work closely with different functions across Amazon and see how working together makes us a leader in what we do.

Amazon is a data-driven business, so part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions. You’ll trial different ideas, analyze data to identify potential challenges, and present your findings to senior teams.

The environment is fast-paced, deadline driven and you will need to be comfortable working on several initiatives at once. You have a desire to learn and experience new things, and a passion for improvements.

  • - Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs

  • A day in the life
  • Every day is different as a Program Manager. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver solutions for your customers. You will implement changes, collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders
  • About the team
  • You will join a sub-team with Transportation Network Configuration team that supports our business and operations to keep the transportation network running and growing.

Basic qualifications

  • - Experience in program or project management
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • - Experience in stakeholder and communication management
  • - Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions

Preferred qualifications

  • - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • - Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
