• As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of projects or programs to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• - Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize delivery efficiency.
• - Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
• - Strong project management capabilities including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
• - Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.
• - Competence in problem-solving and conflict resolution within project environments.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
• - This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
