Program Security Officer, US ADC Security

Amazon's Security team is looking for a Program Security Officer, based in Denver, to run the facility program-security operations for a U.S. Government program building a classified AI Factory. We are a hands-on team that keeps cleared people safe, badged, and productive. In this role you administer indoctrinations, debriefings, and non-disclosure execution, manage badging, access determinations, and visit certifications, maintain the access rosters and program-security records, and support incident inquiries and reporting to our Government counterparts. You will work daily with personnel security, physical security, and the CPSO to keep the program's security posture tight and its people mission-ready. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Basic qualifications

• - 3+ years of program or personnel security experience.
• - Knowledge of the NISPOM, ICD 704, and SCI program-security requirements.
• - Experience with badging/access and security recordkeeping.
• - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience as a PSO on an U.S. Government/IC program.
• - Familiarity with the NSCM and ND 100-series.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
