### Dein Job bei uns

  • Beraten & Vermitteln: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Teilnehmer und hältst täglichen Kontakt zu unseren Partnern weltweit.
  • Akquise & Präsentation: Du gewinnst neue Kunden am Telefon, auf Messen oder in Online-und Präsenz-Vorträgen.
  • Marketing: Du pflegst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und planst Werbemaßnahmen.
  • Weiterentwicklung: Du hältst Programminfos aktuell und tüftelst an neuen Angeboten.
  • Organisation: Du arbeitest sicher mit unserem CRM-System und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsleitung.

### Das bringst du mit

  • Reiselust: Du brennst für Kulturaustausch und warst idealerweise selbst schon länger im Ausland.
  • Hintergrund: Ein Studium (z. B. Tourismus oder Kulturwirtschaft)
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst unternehmerisch und packst gerne mit an.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist sicher im Auftreten, serviceorientiert und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Skills: MS Office und Social Media gehören für dich zum Alltag.
