Role Summary

The Programme Delivery Manager owns the operational delivery infrastructure across major Forecasting Systems initiatives. The role ensures there is one reliable view of delivery, cross-workstream dependencies are visible, milestones are tracked and status is available without manual assembly.

This role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. It owns the programme board, Jira and Confluence operating standards, delivery cadence and the governance needed to hold multiple workstreams together. It covers both the build phase, when the operating model is established, and steady-state operations across the programme lifecycle.

The position is based in Bangalore and requires sufficient overlap with UK and European business hours. Collaboration with US stakeholders will also be required.

Key Responsibilities

Single Source of Truth

Maintain one authoritative view of what is complete, in progress, at risk and upcoming across Forecasting Systems workstreams.

Ensure the view stays current and becomes the primary reference across the portfolio.

Jira and Confluence Ownership

Design and maintain the Jira structure, including epics, fields, dependencies and delivery views.

Own the Confluence structure, documentation standards and content governance.

Integrated Planning and Dependencies

Own the integrated programme plan across active initiatives and releases.

Map and monitor cross-workstream and cross-programme dependencies.

Surface blockers early and escalate with clear evidence and impact.

Milestones, Releases and Testing

Track portfolio milestones and connect them to workstream-level delivery.

Coordinate release planning, acceptance criteria, testing progress, QA and sign-off visibility.

Programme Governance and Reporting

Run the weekly cross-workstream status cadence and ensure actions close.

Produce concise programme and executive reporting from the delivery source of truth.

Maintain RAID, decision and action visibility.

Track cost and resource visibility where required.

Cross-functional Coverage

Ensure Research, Data Operations, Product, GTM and commercial workstreams are tracked alongside Engineering delivery.

Drive consistent standards for epics, ownership, dependencies and definitions of done.

Automation and Improvement

Use AI and automation to reduce manual overhead in reporting, backlog maintenance and documentation.

Build delivery infrastructure that scales across programmes and remains useful beyond the first release.

Required Qualifications:

Essential

• •6+ years in delivery management or programme operations in a software, SaaS or data-product environment.
• •Track record of running cross-functional programmes through major release cycles.
• •Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes or products.
• •Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining Jira and Confluence environments, not only using them.
• •Strong dependency, milestone, release, RAID and executive-status management.
• •Experience coordinating Engineering, Product and non-engineering workstreams.
• •Comfort challenging senior stakeholders directly on standards, definitions and delivery status.
• •Clear written communication suitable for senior leadership.

Highly Desirable

• •Experience establishing a delivery operating model from scratch.
• •Experience with Jira migration or consolidation.
• •Experience with data, analytics or AI-enabled products.
• •Experience using AI-assisted documentation, reporting or backlog tools.

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.
