Programme Management Consultant (Polish is mandatory)

The Role

As a Programme Management Consultant at Capco, you will support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex programmes within Banking & Payments. Working closely with Programme and Stream Leads, you will help maintain visibility across schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple teams and workstreams, supporting effective governance and helping ensure stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions. You will also have the opportunity to identify improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies.

What You’ll Do

Support Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating programme activities.

Support the definition and management of schedules, dependencies, and key milestones.

Identify and communicate cross-stream blockers, risks, and dependencies.

Participate in status reviews, governance committees, and working sessions, supporting the preparation of decision-making materials for Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees, and senior management.

Recommend improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies while supporting alignment across multiple teams and workstreams.

What We're looking for

Experience supporting programme or project delivery within complex, multi-workstream environment within banking, payments or financial services field.

Strong understanding of programme planning, governance, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Exposure to large-scale transformation or change programmes.

Experience working with Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees, or senior management.

Familiarity with different programme and project delivery methodologies.

Experience supporting cross-functional teams and interconnected workstreams.

Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.

A collaborative and structured approach, with the ability to identify delivery challenges and contribute practical improvements.

Fluency in Polish & English.
