We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to take ownership of one of our most exciting and strategically important infrastructure accounts.

You'll lead an established delivery team currently supporting a nationally significant rail programme, while working closely with a major Tier 1 contractor that is positioning itself for substantial future growth on the project. This role offers the chance to help shape and grow a key client relationship from the ground up.

As Client Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of client service and project delivery.
  • Managing commercial performance, forecasting and resource planning.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identifying and securing opportunities for additional services across the wider programme and contractor organisation.

While delivery excellence is important, the real focus of this role is relationship building and strategic growth. The successful candidate will spend time embedded within the client's offices, developing networks, understanding business drivers, and helping to position DM as a trusted long-term partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational leadership with business development and wants to play a key role in growing a major infrastructure account with significant long-term potential.

If you're motivated by building relationships, developing teams and creating lasting client partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.
