# Product Assurance Manager (d/m/w)
In dieser Funktion koordinierst Du alle Qualitätsaktivitäten auf Projektebene und stellst die Qualität der Projektergebnisse sicher. Du bist für alle Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsaspekte innerhalb dieser Projekte verantwortlich.

## Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Qualitäts- und Governance-Verantwortung: Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung des Product Assurance (PA)-Plans im Einklang mit den Kundenanforderungen (z. B. ECSS-Standards) und internen Airbus-Prozessen.
- Risiko- und Abweichungsmanagement: Identifizierung und Bewertung von Qualitätsproblemen, Leitung von _Non-Conformance Boards_ (NCB) sowie Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA).
- Qualifikation & Verifikation: Überwachung der Qualifikations- und Testaktivitäten von Komponenten, Subsystemen und Gesamtsystemen bis hin zur finale Abnahme.
- Lieferantenüberwachung: Schnittstelle zum Qualitätsmanagement in der Lieferkette; Durchführung von Audits, Reviews und Qualitätskontrollen bei Zulieferern.
- Kundenkontakt: Vertretung aller Product-Assurance-Belange gegenüber internationalen Kunden und Partnern im Rahmen von Design-Reviews (z. B. PDR, CDR) und Abnahmen.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung bestehender Qualitätsprozesse und QM-Methoden am Standort Immenstaad.
## Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (Luft- und Raumfahrt, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement / Product Assurance, idealerweise in der Raumfahrt-, Luftfahrt- oder Verteidigungsindustrie.
- Vertrautheit mit relevanten Qualitätsstandards (z. B. EN 9100, ECSS-Standards) sowie Erfahrung in Methoden wie FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (8D) und Auditing.
- Starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit hoher Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
