## Programmierung Messtechnik Zeiss (m/w/d)

### Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

▪ Erstellung, Validierung, Optimierung und Pflege von Messprogrammen für 3DKoordinatenmessmaschinen (Zeiss Calypso)

▪ Planung und Umsetzung von Messstrategien für komplexe Bauteile unter Berücksichtigung von Zeichnungsanforderungen und Kundenspezifikationen

▪ Auswertung und Interpretation von Messergebnissen

▪ Analyse von Maßabweichungen und Unterstützung bei der Ursachenfindung in Fertigungsprozessen

▪ Dokumentation von Änderungen

▪ Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Messabläufen

▪ Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Spannkonzepten und Auslegung der Maschinenausstattung

### Das bringen Sie mit:

▪ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker/in (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation

▪ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der dimensionalen Messtechnik wünschenswert

▪ Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Zeiss-Koordinatenmessmaschinen mit Calypso von Vorteil

▪ Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, CAD-Daten und Tolerierungsstandards

▪ Kenntnisse der Form- und Lagetoleranzen nach ISO GPS und ASME

▪ Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen ▪ Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Handeln

▪ Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und gute Teamfähigkeit

▪ Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen ▪ Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit in 2-Schicht
