Sie möchten komplexe Programme nicht nur managen, sondern aktiv gestalten? Dann übernehmen Sie als Programmmanager (m/w/d) Verantwortung für internationale Projekte und gestalten Sie somit die Weiterentwicklung eines zukunftsorientierten Geschäftsfelds.

Folgende Tätigkeiten erwarten Sie:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Programme (Kosten, Termine und Qualität)
  • Steuerung und Abstimmung aller zugehörigen Projekte inklusive Abhängigkeiten
  • Fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Verantwortung für Vertrags-, Risiko- und Claimmanagement
  • Führung von Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten (m/w/d) auch auf internationaler Ebene
  • Sicherstellung zielgerichteter Kommunikation sowie nachhaltige Pflege von Kundenkontakten
  • Weiterentwicklung des Programmumfelds und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von technisch komplexen Projekten oder Programmen
  • Erfahrung in der verantwortlichen Führung von Teams
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung Level C nach GPM-Standard oder höher
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert)
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick sowie persönliche Integrität
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft
