  • Führung und Organisation von Projektteams
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten (m/w/d) sowie Umsetzung und Durchsetzung der vertraglichen Forderungen
  • Akquise von Folgeaufträgen sowie Erstellung und Verhandlung entsprechender Angebote

  • Frühzeitige Identifikation kritischer Entwicklungen und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Risikomanagements
  • *
  • Erstellung und Steuerung von Projektstrukturplänen, Terminplänen, Meilensteinen und Budgets
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten Projektkommunikation inklusive einem vertrauensvollen Stakeholder Management
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Durchsetzung der vertraglichen Kundenforderungen (m/w/d)
  • Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen (m/w/d) und Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertrags- und Verhandlungsprozessen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z.B. im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und Identifikation mit den Produkten der Rheinmetall Gruppe
  • PM-Zertifizierung wie IPMA C oder PMP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hands-On-Mentalität, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
