Für ein strategisch bedeutendes Transformationsumfeld suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit zur übergreifenden Steuerung zweier eng verzahnter Programme. Die Rolle erfordert keine klassische Fachexpertise im Detail, sondern eine souveräne, politisch versierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit außergewöhnlicher Erfahrung und Autorität. Sie übernehmen die übergreifende Steuerung zweier etablierter Programme und agieren als zentrale Instanz zwischen den jeweiligen Programmleitungen sowie den angrenzenden Stakeholdern auf Vorstandsebene. Ihr Fokus liegt darauf, Klarheit, Priorisierung und Balance in ein komplexes, politisch geprägtes Umfeld zu bringen.
