Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, invoices, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial documentation .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy , with the ability to identify missing information, duplicate entries, coding errors, or inconsistencies.
Comfort completing structured and recurring accounting work that requires sustained focus, consistency, and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to enter, sort, review, and maintain spreadsheet information accurately.

Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple records, requests, reports, and deadlines.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Experience with construction accounting, job costing, Vista, Procore, public works, certified payroll, or prevailing wage documentation is helpful but not required.
