- Provide leadership and mentorship to site-based project controls staff, including coordinators, schedulers, and cost analysts
- Lead change management processes, including evaluation, documentation, cost/schedule impact analysis, and client reporting
- Support contract management efforts by coordinating with commercial teams on claims, variations, and subcontractor performance tracking
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide clear, data-driven insights to project leadership and senior management

- Proven experience managing cost and schedule controls on complex, high-value projects in a site-based environment
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (degree preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in project controls tools such as Primavera P6, cost management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
