Ameresco has a new opportunity for a Project Controls Scheduler to join Ameresco’s Federal Solutions Team supporting Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) projects throughout the United States. This position is based in Knoxville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• •Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• •Resource and cost loads schedules when required.
• •Provide weekly/monthly schedule updates for all projects.
• •Report status of schedule to project staff and company management.
• •Provide project controls expertise and management of project controls processes.
• •Prepares progress reports on project status, both costs and schedule.
• •Assist with internal cost reporting and forecasting.
• •Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, regulatory and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
• •Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
• •Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• •Minimum 5 years’ experience in scheduling and cost controls.
• •Ability to review confidential US security information.

Additional Qualifications:

• •Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.
• •Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling for general construction projects and understands construction sequencing and logic preferred.
• •Government construction experience preferred.
• •Renewable Energy construction scheduling experience preferred.
• •Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assignments
• •Excellent organization skills including ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• •Excellent verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.
• •Valid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
• •May require flexibility for ‘on call’ support or varied schedule needs.
