Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• •Coordinate project activities with engineering, production, procurement and external stakeholders to support project schedules.
• •Monitor material orders and delivery dates to help ensure project milestones are achieved.
• •Support test preparation activities by ensuring parts, equipment and documentation are available when required.
• •Identify project risks, issues or delays and escalate them to Project Engineers.
• •Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and project documentation to stakeholders.
• •Attend project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
• •Support deployment planning for personnel and equipment involved in aftermarket activities.

Qualifications:

• •Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
• •PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
