How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This role provides global program management and coordination across two strategic, Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives: Conversational AI deployment for global recruiting processes and the delegation of appropriate TA activities to GBS teams across the globe. The position requires a good understanding of TA technology stack and global stakeholder networking capabilities needed for 12+ months of continuous program ownership and cross-cultural capabilities required to coordinate across three continents and 52 countries.

Key Responsibilities - AI

• •Act as on-the-ground Co-Project Manager for the deployment of Conversational AI for global recruiting processes, in direct coordination with the Global Project Manager
• •Coordinate deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, and change management with US-based Talent Acquisition teams
• •Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer to the incoming Deployment Manager upon hire

Key Responsibilities - GBS Delegations

• •Co-Project Manager alongside the global project manager, with direct ownership of program coordination across all three regional clusters (APAC, Americas, EMEAI)
• •Own activity mapping, volumetry, and process documentation for the transition of TA administrative activities into centralized GBS hubs
• •Coordinate and collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, Group AI Department, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility stakeholders across all three clusters
• •Coordinate and Lead Works Council consultations across all countries in scope in partnership with local HR and Legal teams
• •Deliver executive-level governance frameworks, retro-planning, and stakeholder communications
• •Drive program execution completion globally (January 2028)

Are you a MATCH?

• •Proven experience managing multi-region transformation programs across the globe
• •Knowledge of global TA AI systems (HiredScore, Paradox etc. ) and technical/functional architecture
• •Languages: English is required (French or German is nice to have for coordination of European Council consultations)
