Job Summary
- Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.


- The Project Coordinator - IBAR will be based in K1, Kendal, Cumbria , reporting to Senior IBAR Project Manager.
The role will be in charge of coordinating different activities across various IBAR projects to support the Project Managers.
What a typical day looks like :
- Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes;
- Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems;
- Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on the project status;
- Project managing IBAR tap off orders;
- Keeping in contact with clients & updating them regularly to ensure a good client relationship;
- Creating export documentation for projects leaving the UK.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires 2 years of related experience, competency with I.T. Software and MS Office, as well as strong numerical and analytical skills;
- High level of speed, organization and accuracy with excellent attention to detail and efficient at maintaining electronic documentation & thorough methods of working;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill, ability to act both as a Team player and independently across multiple activities
