About the Role
At Agile Robots, we build intelligent robotic systems that learn from high-quality human demonstrations. As we scale our data collection site, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to organize daily operations and make sure the site delivers the right data, on time and at the right quality.
In this role, you will plan and supervise daily work on site, coordinate teleoperators and engineers, track KPIs, and keep tasks, materials, equipment and robots ready for production. Depending on your strengths, you will take ownership of one focus area: site operations & KPIs, new task setup & quality control, site administration, or production & resource planning.
This position is ideal for an organized, proactive person who enjoys working with people and numbers, and who wants to help build a new kind of operation at the intersection of robotics and AI.
Your Responsibilities
Site Operations & KPI Tracking (Main Focus)
Plan and coordinate daily site work, shifts and task assignments for teleoperators to meet collection targets.
Supervise on-site execution, keep work on schedule, and resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly.
Track collection KPIs daily (e.g., output volume, success rate, operator productivity, robot uptime) and maintain KPI dashboards.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for project stakeholders, highlighting gaps, trends and risks.
Analyze KPI deviations with the team and drive corrective actions to improve throughput and efficiency.
Act as the main contact between the site team, service engineers and project stakeholders.
New Task Setup & Quality Control
Support the setup of new data collection tasks and operator training together with R&D.
Assist with quality checks on collected data and feed back issues to operators.
Site Administration
Support materials and equipment inventory, site logistics and staff administration.
Production & Resource Planning
Support robot deployment planning and spare part coordination with service engineers.
Essential Skills
Degree in business, engineering, industrial engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, production planning or team supervision.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Confident with Excel / Google Sheets and data-driven KPI reporting.
Good communication skills in English.
Beneficial Skills
Experience in data labeling / data collection operations, manufacturing or lab environments.
Knowledge of quality management, lean or process improvement methods.
Interest in robotics, AI or technical products.
Experience with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).
