Overview

Step into a leadership role at the forefront of the energy transition. As Project Director – Green Hydrogen & Renewables, you will drive the development and delivery of large-scale, innovative energy projects, from early concept through execution and operational readiness. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will collaborate with internal experts and global partners to deliver bankable, high-impact infrastructure that accelerates decarbonization.

Your Role

• •Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of utility-scale green hydrogen and renewable energy projects
• •Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives and contractual commitments
• •Drive projects toward Final Investment Decision (FID) and financial close while ensuring technical maturity and bankability
• •Oversee engineering, integration, and EPC execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
• •Manage full project performance including cost, schedule, quality, risk, margin, and cash flow
• •Lead negotiation of commercial agreements including PPAs, hydrogen offtake, and strategic partnerships
• •Build and lead high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of safety, governance, and continuous improvement

About You

• •ability to lead large-scale engineering or energy infrastructure projects across full lifecycle stages
• •aptitude for managing complex, multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary environments
• •proficiency in commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and financial management
• •ability to drive project performance with strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
• •aptitude for strategic leadership and executive decision-making in fast-evolving environments
