  • Job Summary:
  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of building automation and control system field devices. Ensures successful project execution while maintaining effective communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project progress and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and commission complex building automation and control system field devices using standard configuration and commissioning tools.
  • Perform system startup, testing, and validation to ensure proper operation and compliance with project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to installed systems and equipment.
  • Respond to warranty service calls and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding job status, project milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Document installation, commissioning, service activities, and system modifications accurately.
  • Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures during all project activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of building automation systems, HVAC controls, fire & security systems, or related industrial control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning tools, field devices, controllers, sensors, and system integration.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Controls, Digital Control Systems, or Industrial Automation.
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics, control wiring, and networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites and manage multiple priorities.
