Project Engineer

Description

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key technical and coordinating role, taking the lead on design while supporting project management activities across a wide range of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, mentor engineers, and contribute directly to high-quality and innovative projects. Requirements

• •Lead and perform civil engineering design on a large variety of projects
• •Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates under the direction of the Project Manager
• •Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
• •Maintain regular client communication to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule
• •Supervise and mentor engineers in the performance of their work
• •Apply relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements
• •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions

Qualifications and Experience

• •Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• •Registered Civil Engineer (California)
• •5–10 years of related civil engineering design experience
• •Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Demonstrated leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
