Project Engineer, Lean Specialist

Project Engineer, Lean Specialist will drive continuous improvement and innovation in TRUMPF's production operations. You will develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes, lead cross-functional projects, and introduce new products to production.

Duties & Responsibilities

• •Design and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment using SYNCHRO methodology
• •Develop project plans, manage teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• •Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturability
• •Monitor quality standards and drive operational excellence
• •Coordinate fixture design and implement standardized procedures

Experience & Education

• •TRUMPF product familiarity
• •SYNCHRO or lean manufacturing experience
• •Fixture design knowledge
• •Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering or Associates with related work experience
• •Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
• •Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• •Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
• •Leadership skills and proven organizational abilities

Pay Range: $72,657 -$116,750
