Project Engineer – Rooftop Solar

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Engineer – Rooftop Solar to manage and execute rooftop solar projects across West India. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Understand and interpret GFC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• •Prepare project work schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and maintain all required project documentation.
• •Monitor and control project timelines in line with planned construction activities.
• •Provide technical guidance and support to the site execution team.
• •Coordinate with client SPOCs to obtain permits, approvals, and execution clearances.
• •Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• •Submit daily project progress reports to the Project Manager.
• •Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards at site.
• •Travel extensively across West India including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Goa, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• •Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in rooftop solar project execution.
• •Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems, site execution, and project coordination.
• •Good knowledge of construction planning, project scheduling, and documentation.
• •Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• •Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.

Preferred Skills:

• •Familiarity with safety and quality practices in solar projects.
• •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced project environments.
• •Experience in handling commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects will be an added advantage.
