- Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to take on a high-impact role? At Dome Construction , we’re seeking a Project Executive to oversee complex projects, drive client relationships, and shape the future of our business.
As a Project Executive, you’ll work at the intersection of project delivery and strategic leadership—guiding teams, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in business development, talent management, and maintaining Dome’s reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary client representative, building trust and ensuring project success.
Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, training, and resource allocation.
Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead client feedback initiatives and implement continuous improvement measures.
Drive business development efforts, industry networking, and proposal strategies.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
6+ years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range
$260,000 — $280,000 USD
