The Project Management Advisor is responsible for ensuring all aspects of contract and customer commitment are realized throughout project execution. Customer satisfaction, On Time Delivery, Quality, HSE, Cost Control and Risk Management as defined by the Customer’s Order or Contract, fulfilling both Customer and Business objectives.

As the Project Director , you will be responsible for:

• •Leading assigned scopes for execution, delivery and contract negotiations. Lead customer engagement ensuring customer satisfaction within contract framework.
• •Be accountable to the customer for the delivery for the assigned scope, timely billing and collection of cash receivals.
• •Building and leading the Project Team for the assigned scopes
• •Working with the key business functions (HSE, quality, engineering, product delivery, supply chain, procurement) to deliver the project
• •Establishing and communicating project goals and ensuring that these are fully understood and met throughout the project and within own organization
• •Establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication within the Customer and Project Organization.
• •Monitoring the project's performance in a systematic way and ensuring that performance is communicated to the customer and Senior leadership.
• •Responsible for internal project reviews and timely escalation of support needed.

To be successful in this role you will:

• •Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management or correlated fields.
• •Have demonstrable experience in Project Management with execution of Projects, within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses.
• •Have a Project management certification/ Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
• •Have a proven track record in driving and delivering large Subsea System Projects and management of EPCI contracts, inc management of large subcontracts Baker Hughes Confidential
• •Be able to lead a multifunctional global team in a matrix organization
• •Appreciation towards AI enablement within project execution processes
