Roles and responsibilities:

As a Project Management Associate, your responsibilities will center around project management and operations. Tasks may include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and decisions.

Communicate and coordinate with globally distributed stakeholders across time zones.

Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to support effective project execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on deliverables.

Proactively follow up on action items and dependencies to support on-time project delivery.

Develop clear, well-structured documentation to communicate project progress and insights.

Collaborate with team members on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Willingness to participate in calls from 7:30 PM –10:00 PM Bangkok time (Mon - Thu).

Candidate must be a Thai national, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

1–2 years of relevant project operations / management experience preferred.

Comfortable using project trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A collaborative team player.

Experience working in a technology company is a plus.

Availability to join immediately is preferred.
