This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a project management intern in Singapore with Signify.

• •Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to help formulate a detailed project plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• •Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all changes and updates are recorded accurately
• •Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the coordination of project team meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
• •Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies with guidance from senior project managers
• •Tracking: Monitor project progress using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. Provide regular updates on project milestones
• •Support Project Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are in sync and progressing as planned
• •Research: Delve into project-related topics as required, providing insights and recommendations
• •Post-Project Review: Participate in project debriefs, analyzing project successes and areas for improvement

• •Students with Engineering/Business/Commerce backgrounds are welcome to apply
• •Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Data analytics
• •Good tracking and communication skills across different departments
• •Stakeholder management
• •Risk management
• •Automation skills will be a plus.
• •Able to commit to a minimum 6 months internship program
• •We will not be able to sponsor a visa for this role
