Project Management Intern (Year-Round)

About the Role:

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the successful execution of projects within our dynamic environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain international experience and contribute to key project initiatives.

Seeking an intern who is available to start as soon as possible and work year-round on a part-time basis throughout the school year pending class schedule, then full-time throughout the summer.

Responsibilities Also Include :

• •Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects in accordance with established methodologies and timelines.
• •Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• •Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• •Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• •Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
• •Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and tools.
• •Participate in project reviews and contribute to post-project evaluations.
• •Perform administrative tasks related to project management as required.

About the Role:

• •Currently a student pursuing your Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field OR recent graduate.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skil
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• •Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) is a plus.
• •Prior internship or project experience is desirable.
