As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. You will be accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Plans and Budgets: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. This includes managing IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver custom development solutions or manage the Maintenance and Support of applications, ensuring successful project outcomes. • Establish Communication Plans: Establish an effective communication plan to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure Contractual Obligations: Ensure that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. • Deliver Project Status Updates: Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish effective project plans, manage budgets, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional project teams to deliver custom development solutions or manage the Maintenance and Support of applications. • Resource Allocation: Experience with managing project staffing requirements, including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors, to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. • Communication Planning: Experience in establishing effective communication plans to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders. • Contractual Obligations Management: Experience in managing projects to ensure completion within specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations. • Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools to support effective project planning, budgeting, and execution. This includes utilizing tools to track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies to deliver custom development solutions or manage the Maintenance and Support of applications, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project requirements. • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering regular project status updates to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
