Durch Ihre Tätigkeit erhöhen Sie nicht nur die Projektqualität, sondern garantieren auch die erfolgreiche und termingerechte Bearbeitung der Projekte. Durch hervorragende Kundenbetreuung gewährleisten Sie eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und leisten dadurch einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Gewinnsteigerung unseres Unternehmens.   • Technische Bearbeitung von After Sales Angeboten und Aufträgen sowie Übernahme der Leitung von After Sales Projekten bis hin zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
  • Planung, Steuerung und Betreuung der Projektabwicklung mit Funktions- und Ergebnisverantwortung sowie Risikobeurteilung
  • Pflege des externen und internen Berichtswesens sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Projektabwicklung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung unserer Tochtergesellschaften sowie ausländischen Vertretungen bei technischen Fragen und Betreuung diverser Kunden
  • Unbox your assets - Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Pharmatechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, MS-Office und SAP R/3
  • Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft (
