Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Project Manager to lead our eLearning division . This leadership role will oversee the delivery of key eLearning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale eLearning programs , leading cross-functional teams , and ensuring on-time and within-budget project execution. The Project Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing program strategies, driving operational excellence , and ensuring successful program delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead the execution of eLearning programs , ensuring successful delivery of high-priority initiatives across multiple teams.
• •Develop and implement project strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• •Manage and mentor a team of managers , ensuring optimal performance and successful outcomes.
• •Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget .
• •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders , providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• •Manage resources, budgets, and timelines , balancing multiple projects and priorities.
• •Foster and promote best practices in project management across the organization.
• •Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle , ensuring teams are equipped to overcome challenges.
• •Work closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize program goals in alignment with strategic objectives.
• •Lead cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Developers, Content Creators) to ensure seamless program execution.
• •Track project performance and outcomes to ensure high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business , Technology, or a related field (M aster’s preferred ).
• •8+ years of experience in program/project management , with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• •Proven experience in managing complex eLearning programs , leading cross-functional teams , and delivering on time and within budget.
• •Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies , including Agile and Waterfall .
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders .
• •Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align program goals with organizational objectives.
• •Proven ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments.
• •Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• •Self-motivated with the ability to manage remote teams and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •PMP or similar project/program management certification .
• •Experience in the eLearning or EdTech sector .
• •Familiarity with K12 education standards and content development .
• •Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in program management .
