We are looking for a Project Manager to lead ecommerce platform and integration projects for brands and retailers across Southeast Asia.

You will work with aCommerce’s Business, Technology, Product and Operations teams, alongside clients and external vendors, to deliver projects that meet agreed business objectives, scope, timelines, quality standards and budgets.

Your projects will include ecommerce implementations and enhancements on website CMS platforms and Commerce platforms, as well as integrations connecting storefronts with commerce middleware and other business applications.

You will translate business needs into clear delivery requirements, coordinate technical and operational stakeholders, and manage projects from discovery and planning through testing, launch and handover to support.

Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery: Manage discovery, requirements gathering, estimation, planning, implementation, testing, launch and post-launch stabilisation.

Manage scope, timelines and budgets: Establish delivery plans, track milestones and costs, coordinate resources, and manage changes to scope and priorities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align clients, vendors and internal teams across Business, Product, Development, Logistics, Marketing and Application Support.

Define requirements and acceptance criteria: Translate business, functional, operational and technical needs into clear documentation, including software requirements specifications (SRS), process flows and acceptance criteria.

Drive ecommerce platform delivery: Coordinate Shopify and Magento implementations, enhancements and migrations, including dependencies between storefront functionality, backend systems and operational processes.

Manage commerce integrations: Work with technical teams to define and deliver integrations between ecommerce platforms, middleware, OMS, WMS, ERP and third-party services. Ensure ownership, data mappings, system dependencies and exception-handling requirements are clearly documented.

Manage risks and resolve issues: Identify delivery risks and dependencies early, coordinate resolution, and escalate decisions with clear recommendations and business impact.

Maintain stakeholder communication: Act as the primary project contact, providing clear updates on progress, decisions, risks, budget and next steps.

Coordinate testing and launch readiness: Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect prioritisation, cutover planning and go-live readiness.

Support operational readiness and handover: Coordinate user training, platform guides, integration documentation and support handover so teams can operate and maintain the solution effectively.

Maintain project standards: Keep project documentation complete and current, apply agreed delivery practices, and capture lessons learned to improve future projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technology, ecommerce or system integration projects.

Hands-on project delivery experience with Shopify and/or Magento (Adobe Commerce), including implementations, enhancements or migrations.

Experience delivering commerce middleware and system integration projects, connecting ecommerce platforms with OMS, WMS, ERP or other business applications.

Working understanding of APIs, data mapping, synchronisation, integration error handling and end-to-end data flows. Able to discuss technical requirements and delivery trade-offs with development teams.

Understanding of ecommerce operations and delivery challenges, including product catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, payments, fulfilment and returns.

Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery approaches.

Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks and competing priorities.

Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors and communicate complex topics clearly.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and native Thai proficiency.

Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex systems and operational processes.

Ability to remain effective under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.

Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Experience with CRM, Marketing systems, ERP systems and project profitability or P&L management is an advantage.
