Role Overview:
At CSA, no two projects look the same. One quarter you might be rolling out a new process or platform, and the next you might be running a procurement / tender project, onboarding a logistics partner, or launching an internal initiative from scratch. We’re looking for an experienced, versatile Project Manager who can take the team to define goals & scope and turn it into something delivered.
You’ll work across the whole business: operations, commercial, finance, procurement, legal and technology, as well as with customers and partners. Some projects come with a clear brief; others need you to help shape the scope with stakeholders before getting into delivery.
What you’ll do
Manage a variety of internal and external projects end to end, from scoping and planning through delivery and handover
Own plans, timelines, budgets, risks and resources, and adjust them when priorities shift, which they will
Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics partners
Bring structure to ambiguous situations: define the problem, align stakeholders and set a clear path forward
Drive implementation of processes, systems and SOPs so that what we build actually sticks
Keep stakeholders at every level informed with clear, honest communication, especially when things get difficult
Spot improvement opportunities across the business and act on them without waiting to be asked
What you bring
3-5+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering in a hands-on, operational environment
Freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain experience is essential. Good understanding in RFI/RFQ, procurement, contract management, and logistics operations. 4PL or digital freight environment would be a plus.
Experience running a mix of project types, such as operational, procurement, commercial, customer-facing and system implementations
Confidence working independently, setting your own priorities and taking decisions
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your message for different stakeholders
Fluent English, other languages are a plus
Who you are
Resilient: You stay steady under pressure, handle setbacks calmly and keep projects moving.
Adaptive: You’re comfortable switching between projects, contexts and audiences, and you treat change as part of the job.
A strong communicator: People trust you because you’re clear, direct and keep them in the loop.
Delivery-driven: You care about outcomes rather than activity, and you take ownership until the job is done.
Self-starting: You’re curious and resourceful. You pick things up quickly, ask questions when you need to, and use the guidance and support around you to drive projects forward.
Nice to have
PMP, PRINCE2 or a similar certification
Experience with RFI/RFQ processes, procurement or contract management
Exposure to logistics technology, SaaS platforms or digital transformation projects
What we offer
Variety and impact: a broad, visible role across the whole organization, with projects that shape how the business runs and grows
Autonomy and trust: real ownership of your work and a direct line to leadership
Growth: room to expand your scope as you prove yourself, with exposure to both traditional and digital sides of the logistics industry
An international environment: working with colleagues, customers and partners around the world
