The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overall execution and delivery of healthcare fitout projects, ensuring completion within approved cost, quality, and timelines.

About the Role:

• •Provide overall leadership and management of the commercial project from design through construction and handover.
• •Manage project delivery in accordance with approved time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• •Lead coordination between the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• •Oversee design development, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• •Review and monitor project programmes, progress, risks, issues, and recovery measures.
• •Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist works.
• •Monitor contractor performance, quality, safety, resources, and compliance with project requirements.
• •Lead project review meetings and ensure timely closure of key actions and decisions.
• •Review project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the relevant teams.
• •Ensure effective project reporting, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• •Identify and resolve critical project issues and manage escalations effectively.
• •Drive successful project completion, snagging, commissioning, handover, and closeout.

• •Good leadership and team management skills.
• •Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
