Responsibility

• •Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• •Prepare and communicate Project Plan.
• •Track status and execute adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met
• •Facilitate change requests, get necessary approvals for CRs and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• •Report on progress at an agreed upon interval and escalate to stakeholders as need be.
• •Take ownership of the project delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.
• •Perform risk and issue management. Prepare and implement mitigation plans.
• •Proactively work on issues and blockers and help the team move at its fastest pace possible.
• •Coordinate project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners.
• •Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Skills

• •Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodology.
• •Hands-on experience into Embedded Development or Testing
• •Excellent written and oral communication.
• •Experience using Jira.
• •PMP certification will be an added advantage
