Job Title: Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers)

• Location: Mumbai
• Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) – On Company Payroll

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on chiller installation, commissioning, and testing . The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage end-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus on chillers
• •Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites
• •Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• •Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams
• •Drive site planning, execution strategy, and resource management
• •Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges
• •Ensure compliance with EHS and quality norms
• •Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates
• •Support project closure including handover, documentation, and billing coordination

Key Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• •8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution
• •Strong experience in Chiller systems (installation, commissioning, testing)
• •Hands-on exposure to project management & site execution
• •Experience working with large commercial / industrial HVAC projects
• •Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• •Good understanding of contracts, project planning, and execution lifecycle

Preferred Background:

• •Candidates from HVAC / MEP / Building Services industry
• •Experience in companies handling chiller-based HVAC projects
• •Exposure to project management tools and site execution practices
