Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Australia.

• This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of major residential communities across North West Sydney.
• You’ll manage complex, staged subdivision and land development projects from early planning and design through construction and completion.
• The role combines hands-on project leadership with strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management responsibilities.
• You’ll work closely with Development Managers, consultants, contractors, councils, and approval authorities to deliver successful project outcomes.
• You’ll take ownership of programme, cost, quality, construction milestones, and practical solutions to emerging project challenges.
• The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, giving you autonomy to ask questions, solve problems, and influence outcomes.
